International Café
We meet every Tuesday during term time from 10 – 11.30am
at the CCT Church Centre on the corner of Alpha Terrace and Scotsdowne Road
We welcome internationals from all backgrounds, cultures and religions and offer friendship and a place to meet others who are also settling into life in the UK. If you have young children, they are very welcome to come along too.
We sometimes enjoy international food, crafts, and informal talks or discussions together. We always enjoy refreshments and an opportunity to make friends, catch up, and share what’s happening in our lives. (We ask for a contribution of £1 per adult to help cover costs). For those who are new to the UK, we aim to provide a warm and welcoming environment where you can navigate cultural differences, find support as you adjust to life here, and enjoy a safe place to practise conversational English.
